your name on your greeting

Add
your location to your greeting (town, city, state, country - any or all
will be fine).

All
entries MUST be in English. Dave's a smart guy, but I think he only reads
& writes in English.

Please limit photoshop size to 800 x 600 pixels

No
Word Docs, Power Point presentations or Excel Spreadsheets or PDFs. Use
only .jpg, .gif, .png etc.

For
Videos: Upload to YouTube Only. No quicktime movies or directly from your
phone. I need to have an embedded code to host on the website.

Make
sure if you photoshopped your greeting that you added any words or greetings
ON the photoshop. Do not leave this for me to do - I do not have the time
to do this.

If
you did NOT photoshop a greeting, there is a box on the Form Submit Site
that you may type your greeting into. PLEASE only use the box for written
entries.

Make
sure your greeting is Birthday-related only (no mention of personal life
etc.)
