Ilaria sent over her photo taken with Dave in Milan in 2006. I've added it to our 'Dave with his fans' page.

Also, I can't believe I forgot to add these to the update the other day (from our friend Caro). The mind: she is rapidly growing old. These are photos of Dave when he was in Scream.

Meghan from Fuse Television e mailed me and asked that I inform you that on Monday, November 2 at 11pm Eastern (that's New York time zone for everyone) the world premiere of 'NIRVANA LIVE AT READING' will air. This is before the CD+DVD Deluxe Edition is available on November 3rd. I like the drummer of that band. He's good.

The new issue of Rolling Stone dated October 29, 2009(# 1090 with Madonna on the cover) features the following 'Them Crooked Vultures' mention with a great quote from John Paul Jones, (about Dave) "We're doing fills and stuff in the same places. That's what it was like with Bonzo (late Led Zep drummer John Bonham). We're coming up with the same chemistry within a rhythm section that makes a band great."

A few new photos on the 'Dave with his fans' page. I'll post them here as well. These were sent in by Brendan & his friend Shaun and also Tai.

Also wanted to share these photos from Elle (our graphic designer here at the website) and Maria (Birthday book winner from last year's contest). Talk about devotion. Check out their new ink:

Maria:

Maria also included a photo of her T Shirt finally signed by Dave:

Elle: (Nothin' satisfies, but Im gettin' close)

Elle asked that I post her tattoo artist's MySpace page here so I'm doing that as a favor to her. His name is Olli and he has his own shop in Nürnberg, Germany.

Ok, kids...that's it for today. Speaking of birthday books though, it's hard to believe, but it's coming up soon so start thinking about your contributions to our annual 'Dave's Birthday Book' in celebration of Dave's 41st birthday on January 14, 2010.

Hi.

Well, I suppose the big news this past week is that a few of us girls went to a few concerts and had a pretty good time. It's taken me a while to get some sort of an update together because A. I was exhausted; B. I left New York City after the show last Thursday around 3am on an Amtrak train and arrived back in Boston in time to go to work at Children's Hospital Friday morning; and C. well, I just needed to rest for 5 minutes.

If you weren't or aren't aware, I was lucky enough to attend four "Them Crooked Vultures" concerts: Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and New York City.

Originally I just figured that I would catch the Boston show - possibly the New York City show. Then suddenly I have a house with three more people from New Jersey and Pennsylvania and we're all going to the four shows together. I wrote a blog about Ticket(bastard)master back when we bought tickets.

The Usual Suspects

Here's where I should say thanks to my traveling "partners": Emily, Krista, and Veronica. How hysterical was that entire trip? How many times in an hour can a group of girls stop the car so Emily can pee? When did I become the only non-smoker in the world? Did I fall asleep in the backseat somewhere between D.C. and New Jersey? How much abuse can Krista's car take and how many over-obsessed fans can latch themselves on to an unsuspecting Veronica? Did Emily really faint in the front row right in front of Dave? Can Veronica have a career in fixing band equipment truck drivers' iPhones? These sorts of questions will go on and on...

It was a blast. I'm still laughing at the insanity and thank you all for letting me tag along and be a part of it.

Also, thank you BB x one million.

So I was trying to figure out how to actually write this update and I think I have to just keep it to a minimum. We had the opportunity to say hello to Dave a couple of times and we're all really thankful for that, but I'll just leave it at that as I don't want things to get completely out of control or end up disrespectful. I will tell you that Dave was as nice as he could possibly be and I honestly mean this from my heart: I don't know how he accommodates all of the people with the photos and the autographs and requests the way that he does with a constant smile on his face and I guess it just has to be that he genuinely loves it all and his fans. Simply put: he's wonderful. Thank you, Dave for everything and every moment you spared to me and the girls. It meant a lot to us. You were pulled in a million different directions and even the smallest of gestures meant the world to me.

I have photos and some video from the shows with the exception of New York City. I had to sort of step back at that show and hang out with my friend Dave L. and just listen to some fantastic music. I love this group. I love this music. I want to listen to them non-stop. I'm telling you if you have even the slightest opportunity to go see this band, do not hesitate. You will thank me.

I think I might blog a little more in detail later on, but strictly about just our adventures in getting to the shows.

I would like to share a few of my favorite photos here, and then provide links to all of the pictures.

Obviously this is a favorite of mine. (from Boston):

From Washington D.C. :

John Paul Jones and his biggest fan:

Not really a dog person, but that's a sweet VIP All access badge you've got goin' on there, Corky...

For some videos, check out our website's YouTube page. Also, subscribe to our page there so you'll know when we upload more videos.

I kind of like this one because I think "Gunman" is maybe my favorite song.

I think this is a fan-favorite though especially for the Josh fans:

Here are the photos pages: Boston; Philadelphia; Washington D.C.

I'll be back soon with another update because I have a few new photos of fans with Dave that were sent in recently plus some "new" old photos of Dave drumming when he was in Scream so check back.

Oh my God! I actually got my picture taken with Dave!!

Kidding. My friend & "brother", Dave & I attended the New York / Roseland Ballroom "Them Crooked Vultures" show last night and had a great time. Dave officially dubbed it "awesome".

I have a lot of updates to do, but I need some time to get everything together and also some recovery time so please be patient with me.

This was a really fun week and I'm sure Dave G. is sick and tired of seeing my mug every time he turned around so I promise not to ever bug him again.

It was also fun to put so many Foo-Fan faces with names this week. Just a lot of fun and the shows were insane and amazing. I highly recommend seeing this show if you have the chance.

I'll be back soon with updates.

Well, the Halloween season is upon us so let's have a little laugh. I did these at Christmas time last year so thought I would make a Halloween video. Luckily (for me) there are 4 male "roles" and 1 female so I get to star in this one with the guys. Enjoy & Happy Halloween!

I'm so excited that it's October because I'm going to the Boston, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. & New York City Them Crooked Vultures shows! I am soooo broke now! Yay!

The new Foo Fighters video "Wheels" is available at MTV.com but I believe it is only available to watch if you live in the good ol' U.S.A. Here it is - sorry if you can't view it:

Foo Fighters - New Music - More Music Videos

If you can't view it, well never fear - I made some video screen caps. They're not the best quality and the video is sort of dark to begin with so I did the best that I could.

Also wanted to point out that it's been a while since I got any new photos of you guys posing with Dave so I sent out a message via Twitter & Facebook asking for you to send in your photos and Brendan is the only one who sent one in so I'll feature him here on the front page.

You can check them all out HERE

See you guys soon @ TCV!
